Ninjutsu: 5 (Byakogou and remote healing are S ranked ninjutsu IIRC) Taijutsu: 4.5 (Natural progression should eventually put her here especially when jounin level CQC fighters are usually ranked around here.) Genjutsu: 4 (All databooks gave Sakura 4 IIRC) Intelligence: 5 (Natural progression would put Sakura here as she was probably already a 4.5 by the end of the manga) Strength: (Not sure if CES counts so I'll pass) Speed: 5 (At the end of the WA, Sakura's speed and reactions should be at the higher end of 4.5 due to being superior to most others on that level. The databook says Sakura constantly hones her evasion skills so given years of honing, I don't see how she can be anything other than 5.) Stamina: 5 (All that chakra in the YS speaks for itself.) Hand Seals: 4 (All previous databooks kept her here and I have no reason to believe she practiced this skill.)

The DATABOOK pretty much explains that Sakura's strength is a 5, at the beginning of part 2, Sakura strength was a 3, mind you it was cut in half due to her byakugou, also....I believe her CES is actually strength, Kishi even calls it monsterous strength, and even shows that Chakra can actually enhance the strength.
Sakura has natural strength I'd give her a 5

Secondly, She was extremely low on chakra, emotional, and tired.

Son the data book is fan fiction as is this Bolt manga.Canonically Bolt in the movie would take a dump on Salad and if you want to debate fan fiction than SM Mitsuki and Bolt would gangbang salad
Sakura has only used chakra strength and medical jutsu in both Manga and anime. He speed is slow when She trows punch Her opponents move out of the way with no problem like Kakashi in the bell test part 2 and Shoji wife beat Sakura up and Sakura never touch Her or came close to touching Her.
