I don't see her hands seals being a 4. She usually just runs around punching things.

There's no way she has a 5 in ninjutsu. To get a high score you have to master a wide variety of techniques, and as of now we still have yet to see her learn even the basics of chakra nature and transformation. Sasuke and Kakashi were rated at 5 for ninjutsu and there's no way she is in their league.

Taijutsu she prob will get a 5 but the reality is she can't hit anything if it is fast and moving. Gai, Lee, and Neji would tear her up in straight hand-to-hand.

Why did she go down in genjutsu?


Fangirling aside I don't see how Sakura would be anything but a 5 in everything, what tsunade lacks she has.
I would give her a 5 in everything because her power was cut in half.
Ninjutsu 5 she reached the pinnacle of chakra control
Taijutsu 5 she surpassed tsunade and she taijutsu is very calculated
Genjutsu 5 despite not using it, she seems to be even more resistant now, and if her chakra control improved her aptitude for genjutsu should've as will, but maybe a 4 because she don't project it, I think she would be better than Kunerai though
Intellect 5 self explanatory

Speed 5 her strngth and speed have alway been equal, she can enhance both equally , her reflexes during the kaguya fight proves this
Stamina 5 in base Sakura reserves seem pretty high now , + the Byakugou seal, Sakura in base refilled Naruto reserves
Handseal 6 she doesn't require them anymore and she can activate jutsu with her mind

Stamina and genjutsu ( stamina is because of the transformation jutsu and genjutsu is because she lacks yin release)
Which is probably another reason she doesn't have a 5 in handseal and stamina because the transformation jutsu is cutting off from some of her reserves and while she reached the pinnacle of chakra control, she doesn't posses Sakura level to control it with her mind, indefinitely.

How?
Katsuyu can liquefy and be manipulated as gaara's sand , Katsuyu is immune to mostly everything.
Also Sakura can pour his chakra into things such as sand, water , metal, etc. and manipulate it should she wish too , we've seen this
