These are my predictions, I thought carefully about each one, some I wasn't sure about so please don't flame me. Whatever you disagree about, just tell me nicely and politely and if I feel you make a good point then I'll change them. Are there any characters I need to add to this list and tell list, feel free to tell me. Also note that the overall total in no way suggests a certain character is better or worse than another.

So again, calmly tell me if i've made any mistakes or if I need to make some changes and if majority agree on that it then I'll change it. I'd appreciate it if you ask me why I gave a certain stat/score for a particular character, I will do my best to explain.

Nice scores, very accurate. I think Sasuke's base scores will be superior to Naruto's as they usually are, but nonetheless I think this is mostly what it will be assuming Kishi sticks to the same scoring scale.

Sasuke and Naruto were so hard to do because even though they are one of the most powerful, in certain departments they lack ie Naruto's genjutsu/intelligence. Hence why their totals are below many.

It's only because Naruto has Bijuu mode + Sage mode that I feel he'd rank higher than sasuke.

I didn't read all of then yet, the first thing I noticed is Madara's speed, I would put it at a 5 and his stamina at a 4 or 4.5.

Stamina is high because he fought to the end against Hashirama and was still standing (until he got stabbed in the back of course). EMS causes little strain nor fatigue compared to MS. And he was controlling Kurama while fighting Hashirama and using ps , that takes stamina. Now that he has Hashirama DNA and Rinnegan, there is no doubt his stamina is 5 I believe. But I'll wait for another opinion.

His speed I got from him blitzing all those alliance fodder and when he blitz Naruto, sai and Hashirama and reacted to Ay and Tobirama.

Well, besides being a Senju, Tobirama's stamina is shown through his usage of FTG and Kage Bunshin. FTG takes stamina, as shown when it took 3 guys to do it. So he definitely has a 5.

Jiraya was an idiot at times but he was still highly knowledgeable, as is hashirama. But both are fools.

Edit: just checked, Jiraya has 4.5 in intelligence. Seems about right for Hashirama too, I'll change it if more people agree.

And what makes you good at Genjutsu? Some characters are given 5s with no Genjutsu feats. Is it being able to break out of them, Resist them or Cast them? Itachi still gets 6/5 in genjutsu anyway.

I kind of used deva path pains taijutsu against sage naruto as my basis. But I did take into consideration what you just said. It's a shame because Nagato should be higher but since he's crippled its hard to give him a good score.

Getting a 5 in ninjutsu is easy, it's more quality than quantity here. Pretty much anyone Kage level has 5 in ninjutsu.
