[Discussion] Predict the returns

There are alot of characters from the past who are kind of forgotten in the OP world that could potentialy make a comeback.There are the obvious ones like Crocodile,Vivi,Ivankov etc and then there are the ones who might happen or they might not.

For instance I would like to see Arlong make a return.The scene would be in Fishman Island once Luffy claims it as his own after he takes out Big Mom.He might see that there is hope in the human race afterall or he might just bite his head off xD

Rob Lucci and the rest of the CP9 will probably join the revolutionary war against the WG and will be seen sometime down the line when another war is getting ready(considering the WG betrayed them).Or they could be seen even sooner watching over Luffy and the crew and then explaining what they have been up to.

Morgan could also make a small appearance where he would be the first person Helmeppo catches once we see him showing his new skills.

Enel seems like he would return too.
To be honest I just want to see him take over the New World xD

Return from the old ones,, the one I want to see again the most aret the CP9 members.
I believe we already saw a silhouette of Rob Lucci when the brokers in the New World were showed. So I guess that's about it for CP9. They are against W.G now, so they might join the Revolutionaries later. That would be Awesome.

Not really interested in Arlong or Ivankov. Vivi and the other characters related to Straw Hats will be IMO showed again just keeping yrack of the Straw Hats through News Paper etc.

Crocodile:, can't predict what he's upto.
Dragon's might start doing something. Yonkos, Matines etc, The list is too big. There are a lot of people who are to be reintroduced, all might happens within a course of 2 or 3 adjacent arcs.

Arlong as a villian(now) and abilities wise doesn't interest me one bit. If at this point he comes back, nothing would change, no impact,, Nami would beat her and move on.
