One represent thunder(lightning). Strike fast, quick-instant, sparkling in darkness as if it is in the center of attention and fade into the darkness. Note that thunder-lightning is usually formed by "darkcloud" (represent of darkness - consumed by darkness)
One represent wind. Build up from scratch and slowly turn into a destructive storm at very high speed. On its way, slipping past/hit through many obstacles but keeps moving with assistances from the environment.

Wind blow away darkcloud and leave space for light to shine through.
Conclusion. Kishi is a great writer, he just need more money to make this story better.
