Sanji: Diablo Jambe mixed with eight impacts
Robin: multiple clones
Chopper: MAstering Monster point
Nami: more weather stuff
Franky: don't know
Brook: able to emit freezing mist from his body

Luffy:
- Learns or mimics Hasshoken (the same way he mimicked Rokushiki for G2 and G3) of the Happou Navy, due to his elasticated body the power of these vibrations should be amplified to a humongous extent

Zoro:
- Learns a variation of Foxfire style from Kin'emon, but since I think Kin may join the crew he decides to learn to use lightning instead of fire to increase cutting power and lethality of his strikes

Sanji:
- He learns his variation of Kami-e and Rankyaku (with which he can imbue his flames) to accompany his Sky Walk

Franky:
- Busoshoku Haki to defeat his weakness of his fleshy back

Robin:
- Giant clones or multiple clones, eventually; Busoshoku Haki

Brook:
- Mastering his fruit to the point where he can infest other peoples bodies or causes their souls to leave their bodies when enough wounds freeze, he could use these like Moriah uses shadows and power himself up, Kenbunshoku Haki

Chopper:
- Monster Point mastery, Busoshoku Haki and a pair of balls

Nami:
- Strengthen her clima tact and its powers, for example recreating Enels "el thor"

Usopp:
- He just had his powerup of Kenbunshoku Haki, so he will develop a skill in this type of Haki, a pair of balls
