Not at all, Xenomorphs are intelligent but only as hunters trying to find a source for food for themselves and the Queen. It's just that the Predator is far more intelligent than a Xenomorph which is easily noted considering Predators have even greater advanced technology than that of our species. Funny thing is the Predators are actually somewhat primitive in the way they live in tribes but intelligent and technology pioneers.
