There is nothing special in the hyuugas movement differently would make precog not feasible against them, nothing whatsoever.

How did i deflect the question i said maybe. Besides if they were so good at changing direction and momentum neji wouldnt have been put in a situation to where he had to sacrifice himself. The reason he didnt make it time for a better attack is because he was stuck in the middle of rotation.

How would a body not be able to keep up the whole premise of this theory is about them using their chakra to boost their speed and using their chakra to change their momentum
