It depends. Totsuka is definitely a one hit ko. itachi is good at catching his enemies off guard. but obito is the best at not getting hit. Its a coin flip really. who catches who slipping first.

To be fair Pre-War Obito didn't show many offensive abilites apart from explosive landmines, Gōkakyū no Jutsu and taijutsu. It's a case of Itachi and whether he can catch Obito off guard.

If Obito sucks Itachi into the dimension, what will he achieve? He's never used it offensively like Kakashi. In fact, it would be a stupid idea because when Obito goes into the dimension to fight him, he can't become intangible.

Can't find a reason for Obito to fight Itachi after draging him into Kamui ..Only Kakashi can fight Obito inside Kamui...
