Nothing in Naruto's arsenal can take down Hidan, rasenshuriken barely damaged Kakuzu and since Hidan is immortal, he would shrug off the injury's Kakuzu took. If hidan tries to curse him though, since it's a desert he wont be able to make the ritual mark.

If it's base, it'll go mid-high diff for Hidan.

How I imagine the fight panning out is Naruto hits him with Rasengan, he goes flying back. Hidan laughs it off because he loves pain. Naruto is thinking wtf because he tanked it easily. Then he'll try to use FRS on him, Hidan tanks it and laughs. Naruto then beats the utter shit out of him. Hidan calls him a dumbass and says he's immortal. Kunai chops his head off.

Naruto can still use BM. He just cannot use it for long periods of time because before karuma and naruto became friends, the kyuubi was slowly taking naruto's chakra away from him while he was in BM
