Pre-time Sasuke vs Pre-time Neji

Sasuke with 3 tomoe sharingan would definitely win, he handled Naruto with his kyubi chakra activated, which owned Neji. With only two tomoe it would be closer but I think Sasuke would still win.

Just showing how far the Hyuuga Clan has fallen. Neji was easily the top 3 Genin in that time period. Now in Shippuden him along with everyone else (except Shika) are completely useless. It pisses me off. So much potential buried for favor of Naruto and Sasuke.

Blame Kishi For his bad side character development.

I Agree Neji and Lee Have very good potential, But it was all wasted on Shippuden.

Thats the one Problem i have with Kishi, He has thrown almost Everyone aside just for naruto and sasuke, While it is understandable being the Main characters and all, But it Kind of Ruins the Manga to an extent.
Seeing Naruto Save everyone all the time is getting kind of Dull.

I Don't mind Seeing Naruto/Sasuke fight, But i would really like to see how the others have developed.
