Sorry but Sage mode is possible for Sage of six paths to have due to logic reason behind his tittle + also this manga scan. Kabuto based his knowledge also on Orochimaru wise research.

Obito only said that his body is body of Sage of six paths:

and Sage mode is NOT considered as body but power up of body, eyes.

Sure it's possible but in discussions, no hole for theories. Just manga facts. You picked the scan which I did not talk about. I am on my phone, so go and check the chapter where Tobirama says Minato will die if Obito touched him with the black orb. In the same chapter, Obito says something like this:

"I have obtained the power of ancestor of shinobi". He said that as jinchuuriki and Obito didn't have SM when he made that statement. Uhh Kabuto nor Orochimaru know more of Rikudou than Obito and using the same scan over and over is pointless as KidGmaer65 already interpret logically than you did.

And in chapter 659, Madara says he can use Rinnegan's full ability. Contradiction statement are pointless to be used. Also he could have been Sharingan and not Rinnegan.

Until there is something in the manga says SO6P has SM, then he gets, until then NO. Also six path are not sage mode. They are the Rinnegan techniques Nagato used.

He says clearly "So you've become a sage" where he's referring that he learned senjutsu. And I'm more than 100% sure that he didn't refer to Naruto being a "wise person" but rather having learned senjutsu, a statement as a result of Naruto defeating the other corpses thanks to his senjutsu power. Sage of Six Paths means Senjutsu User of the Six Paths. And the Six Paths don't refer to Nagato's jutsu. Obito already said that Nagato himself is the third path. We're yet to find out the other 5.

Explaining why the Sage of Six Paths had Sage Mode is like finding an explanation for 1+1=2

That's the Six Paths of Pain dude, not of Sage. The Six Paths of Sage are still unknown. Obito says here clearly that Nagato is the third of the Six Paths:

That proves that the Six Paths don't refer to Nagato's jutsu corpses, but to something bigger. Pain no Rikudou =/= Rikudou Sennin. Also, Obito said that he has the "power of the shinobi ancestor" after becoming the Juubi Jinchuuriki. Being Juubi Jinchuuriki doesn't mean you have Sage Mode. Hagoromo had Sage Mode before sealing the Juubi in himself. Why? Well, because, in order to defeat it, Sage Mode was about the only know thing to hurt the Juubi. It was also the only weakness of the Juubito, Senjutsu. That's because the Juubi is natural energy.

And take a look at that scan I posted in the previous post. Pain explained that he learned senjutsu when he said "So you've become a Sage" - If you really listen to the Manga, that you can't deny what Pain said. You basically contradicted yourself here. Denying that this proves Hagoromo having Sage Mode is like denying Manga and logic.

Sage of six paths = Sage mode(hidden world find out yourself) + six paths techniques

Well... maybe but I believe SOSP was weaker then Juubi by sheer power but make up this gap by supperior skills.
