tobi wins but not with ease. ms sasuke is on par with sick ms itachi the same version of itachi tobi said could kill him if he knew his secret. if tobi tries to warp sasuke he will pull out full susano to at least push him back. from there sasuke could wear down his intangibility with arrows and amaterasu.
