If I pre-order from Gamestop, do I only get the Naruto-Goku costume? Nothing else?

For those other DLC's you have to be a member of either Neon Alley or Shonen Jump, and they will provide the code.

Also, the Goku Costume DLC isn't a game stop exclusive, its a first day release exclusive for everyone, All the first releases of the game will have that DLC

They should if I remember right, but also if I remember right the DLC's are region locked
