i know some ppl already pre ordered storm 3 but could u still get the naruto in goku costume if u get the game on the day it comes out because thats what i am planning to do.

You'll still get the Goku costume if you buy it in-store on release day. If you want the additional 5 DLC costumes, you'll need to preorder (or buy the codes off eBay).

More specifically, any Day1 edition copy of the game will have the Goku costume. It's within the case itself, as long as you buy it new and sealed.
