Pre-Order Bonus for games.

I have a question about a "pre-order bonus". In case someone can't pre-order a game is there still a chance that we get later also the access to download this bonus? For free or for money?​

Sometimes the content will be available for download later on usually for a price however there are a lot of exclusives you can only get for pre-ordering and sometimes pre-ordering just gives you the dlc for free

If you can't pre-order, try to get the "Day One" bonus. This just means buying the game within a week, and sometimes a month, of it's release. This will give you the pre-order bonus that comes with it, if your retailer supports it. I got the Day One bonus for a few of my games because I bought them within a month of their release.

I will give an example. Naruto storm 3 had a 5 dlc pack (Anbu Itachi, sasuke kimono, Tsunade swimsuit & 2 more) that dlc was never released on psn to buy, it was for preorder only.

Wasn't this the same with the Goku outfit Naruto?

Also, all the DLC you listed are on the Xbox Live marketplace. Anbu Kakashi was for Japan and Anbu Itachi was for Europe I think. Sasuke Kimono, Swimsuit Tsunade, School Sakura and Samurai Naruto were also in the Europe pre-order. To get them on Xbox, you have to abuse a promotion on neonalley's website (which is what I did to give them to people for free on both PS and Xbox, but I received an infraction) and to get Anbu Kakashi, you have to buy it on the Xbox marketplace.

Mhhhh :eww: It's looks like a 50:50 chance to get this bonus. I actually can tell you this game. It's maybe easier to suppose. If you pre-order " Grand Theft Auto V" you have the acces to get the Atomic Blimp.

Some are really worth it like for example final fantasy xiii-2 gave me everythin in the collecters edition except for the shirt (which I didnt liked) and I paid the regular price instead of 50 euros more. Some are considerable like exclusive weapons/levels.

And then we have the maybe not versions: free skins and other cosmectic stuff. Howver pre-ordering does guarantee that you get the game on release date or else you can sue the store like I almost did once, I decided not to after they promised me that they would had a copy of the game avaialble one day later and that I could choose another game of choice for free in order to prevent the sue.




Edit: I just saw the post above me and that one would be a wild guess. If you really want it then you should better pre order gta V or else if it isnt avaialble later as DlC, I hope that you wont regret it.

I bought Battlefield 3 the first week it came out and got the pre-order bonus for the first map pack free, and Assassin's Creed Revelations I bought within the first month and got the pre-order bonus, Vlad the Impaler's sword, for free.

Lol when I pre ordered Batman Arkham City, I was still in my home country. I was going to come home before the release date but the flight got cancelled. When I came back to get the game, they still had the bonus selling with the game even after a few days. So I was lucky. I think they will still release it in day one Example... Batman Arkham City, Call of Duty Black Ops 2, Assassins creed 3. These are some games that I got that still had the pre order bonus on day 1. So yeah I guess. Just get it on day one but if you want to be 100% sure, then pre order. Hope I helped

★Loser advice was the same as yours with the Day 1 Bonus. I already was in some stores but they only will have the special Edition and not the Collector's Edition. But actually, it doesn't matter. I'll wait and see if I can get the collector's before or after release date. Looks like I have to wait for the Collector's even if it means that I can't get the pre-order Bonus.

Most, 99%, of DLC will be released on. It's more of early access.
