Pre MS Sasuke - The Sasuke that fought Deidara.

Location: grass field ( Where Gaara and Kimmimaro fought.)

Mindset: Bloodlust

Kakuzu wins. Diedara lost coz he had elemental disadvantage & not to mention his loud mouth. But kakuzu has all 5 elements to their highest level, 5 hearts, good battle experience, good strategy. He even fought 1st Hokage and survived. I think even Naruto would have lost if not for Kakashi and others had intel on his abilities and destroyed 2 of his hearts.

Itachi didn't want to kill sasuke, and sasuke didn't even won that fight, itachi was dying sick, he was going blind and he still kicked sasuke's ass.

Itachi had it won. Orochimaru was sealed away and Sasuke's chakra was all drained. He couldn't even use his Sharingan anymore
