This breaks my heart
CO is a place where my new life started since I moved to America 3 years ago.
I love the weather here and Colorado Springs is also a place where I met the love of my life and true friends..
It breaks my heart to see it burning down to ash
1 post = 1 prayer for the people in CO and for every tree that's been lost.

Don't worry it happens every few years. If people just let the forests burn on a yearly basis they wouldn't be completely destroyed.

Naturally the forests burn every year a little bit. We stop the burning for 10-20 years and then it starts a fire that kills everything in sight because we let the fuel build up.

My dad's place catches fire every 3-5 years and afterwards we get an explosion of growth.
