Powering Up

We All Know Natuto and Sasuke are going to Power Up Their Skills and Levels in this coming war. But what about the Rest of Konha 11? The Rest of the Leaf needs to power up to step up to the plate what do you people think? Especially about people like Ino who needs to step it up and contribute to the Leaf more.

Naruto has been about all different characters but Naruto Shippuden has mainly been about Naruto, Sasuke and Akatsuki. So the the writer should get those characters we love back into this and make them get stronger and develop new skills. People like Ino really need to get powered up and learn better Jutsus that will help her in this war. It's going to be a tough war with old Akatsuki members, Kabuto, Tobi and the tailed beasts.

I agree with dark-senju, the good characters that we all know and love have been sitting on the side lines while everything is based on both naruto and sasuke. I am sad to say I am beginning to hate naruto the character.
Ino is a strong example, at the beginning of shippuden, the showed her of use and power but now, its like she doesn't exist. They need to prepare more

but here's what I think the upgrades could be like.

-naruto masters kyuubi/sage mode and "that jutsu" and training
-sasuke masters EMS and training from madara
-sakura surpasses tsunade in medical and enhances her expertise in high-level genjutsu
-sai uses paint instead of ink to create "real" monsters
-neji masters byakugan abilities and surpasses hinata's father
-lee surpasses gai in taijutsu versatility and creates a new gate technique
-tenten learns ninjutsu to enhance her projectile damage, range and versatility
-shikamaru surpasses his father in shadow manipulation and shougi
-chouji surpasses his father and creates a new expansion jutsu
-ino trains with chakra control to further her abilities in less dangerous mind techniques
-kiba obtains hound mode where he fuses with akamaru to become 5x stronger and faster
-shino now summons infinite numbers of bugs which can creates far greater attacks and defenses(almost similar to gaara's sand)
-hinata trains in chakra control to create long range palm techniques
-konohamaru masters normal rasengan and more basic training from naruto, iruka and ebisu
-gaara can now control the density of his sand and forms his own shukaku-looking abilities
-kankuro can now summon sasori, 3rd kazekage and his original 3 puppets at the same time and now said to surpass chiyo's skills
-temari can now summon immortal wind creatures with more forceful attacks and also improves on taijutsu

Well, with the drawing up of squads in the up coming episodes let see if any of the weaker members are in the fighting squads or the support squads.

Off topic but this is why the original series is way better, anyway back on topic I believe Rock Lee and Neji can surpass both Gai and Kakeshi per timeskip, Sakura will diffenitly surpass Tsunade which will suck. Shino and Kiba giant ??? especially Shino.

One thing What if Lee is a late bloomer? what if He can find a way to mold Chakra to enhance His taijutsu with out opening lotus gate and endangering His Heath?

Yeah, he maybe is. That did then be awesome!
I really hope that Kakashi upgrades his Kamui and focuses less on the sharingan cuz of the limits. But otherwise I agree with the rest of you that most of the students will surpass the teachers which is good to see now that Naruto and Sasuke has did it.
