I think people not belonging to the three major clans of Senju, Uzumaki and Uchiha won't be able to control the Otsutsuki DNA unless they have some hax ability/technique/jutsu to negate the side effects. And even then they won't be able to control the power to the extent a descendant of the three great clans would be able to.

Which do you mean?otsutsuki DNA or chakra? If its otsutsuki rikudou chakra then they'd just become stronger overall while kabuto could unlock RSM. I'd it's otsutsuki DNA then with some experiments they could gain the abilities of the individual otsutsuki DNA. I.e if they got hago DNA,they could get rinnegan from it or if they got kaguya DNA,they could get her bone kkm and her dojutsu,maybe?

very powerful indeed. it takes a unique intellect to do well and they clearly possess it. but couple that with born physical and genjutsu prowess. yes, they would go far.

Hinata already has rikudou chakra, it's sad though that her new gained abilities weren't paid much attention. Someone like Neji might even awaken the Tenseigan.
Ignoring the hyuga's is bad writing on Kishi's part.

Because Kishi is always consistent I would say Hamura was Hagoromo's equal.

Neji with Hamura's power should be Naruto's equal because Hamura also had six path Senjutsu.


But I would say he would be slightly stronger than Sasuke because Rinnegan isn't immune to gentle fist.

The hyuga abilities with rikudou chakra were glimpsed with Kaguya so I agree. Do you think someone like neji would've awakened the tenseigan?

The ability to resist foreign DNA is dependent on the user's strength of chakra. As someone has already elaborated in this thread, only being an Uzumaki, Uchiha, and Senju would be conducive for survival when their DNA is relatively similar to Ootsuki DNA and their chakra would most likely be powerful enough for survival.

Though in Kabuto and Orochimaru's case, they'd likely be intelligent enough to modify the DNA or their body in a way where their body would naturally accept its power.
