For starters the technique wrecked Kaguya so hard it literally rocked her to the core disturbing the bijuu chakras within causing her to go unstable rabbit form.

The technique was so powerful even sasuke was wrecked by the shockwaves miles away. XD

Note she is the progenitor of chakra and juubi itself yet got wrecked, Imagine what this technique would do to a fodder juubi jin like obito or madara.

It would be the exact same situation as Kaguya with the Biju attempting to separate. Madara and Obito not having Kaguya's raw power is irrelevant.
They all share the same regenerative capabilities, so the Rasenshuriken barrage would do identical damage to each.

I wonder if it had something to do with the Bijuu chakra Naruto used to purposely cause something in Kaguya's system to provoke that disturbance in her chakra flow or if it was just you know... raw destructive power. If it was just destructive power itself i'm pretty that both Indra's arrow and the Six Path's TB Rasenshurikens enchanted with NE would rekt Kaguya if she decided to tank them. :wut:

Kaguya had all types of Bijuu chakra + NE, got hit by all types of Bijuu chakra + NE = Absolute annihilation.
Going by this concept, this move is the worst nightmare for Juubi jins. And still packs enough raw power to destroy any defense/attack...

It's strong, but Kaguya obviously absorbed most of the technique, which is why she came out with minimal damage. If her arm wasn't ripped, she wouldn't have had problems containing the Tailed Beasts.

Kaguya going berserk had nothing to do with the power of Rasenshuriken. The trait behind the Jutsu is it responds to the 9 Biju's existing in Kaguya, which herself was unable to control. As far as power-wise, one Yoton Rasenshuriken cut the Shinju in half which is as wide as one mountain, so the 9 of them are mountain-range cutters.
