Firstly Sasuke's power up is obvious so I'm not going to bother talking about that at this moment in time. But Naruto's power up however, if I'm not mistaken he received chakra from every tailed beast, but now lacking his Nine tailed chakra he would need to receive more and Minato still has some, so chakra transfer from Minato leaves only the 8 tailed chakra before Naruto would in theroy be able to cultivate his own ten tails, and someone is back on the field that has access to a certain 8 tails cut off horn used to cultivate chakra in an edo tensei, Orochimaru has the eight tails's missing horn that he recovered from the battle between the third Raikage and the eight tails.
Unless! All the tailed bests chakra was removed during the loss of the nine tails in that case, random ass pull.
But regardless I'm losing interest now Madara is to overpowered, Obito, Kakashi and Minato have gone on vacation and disappeared, Naruto and Sasuke are dead, Swirly Zetsu busts out crazy ass techniques after coming from no where, i mean yes they can appear from the ground (Correct me if I am wrong but is it the mayfly jutsu?) but like one frame of an entrance would have been enough but not even that, also among the people that have disappeared are Killer bee, Darui, Guy, some of the K11, Temari, Kankuro, Kabuto (Via story but still, just standing in a cave forever? wont he starve? or change his ways?), Baki, Choza (I know most of these characters are fodder and have storyline value but why not help instead of watching teamates and fellow shinobi die, Like really are they all just sitting around and watching?)
Meh my rant is over, not doubt I will attract fanboys and haters and such but iv really gone beyond the point of giving foreplay, let alone a ****...
