Power Up A Fodder.

Ok i was bored and started thinking about which characters in naruto (fodders ) i guess you could call them could get really stronk (yes Stronk.) if you added a power up to them.

For example take Lee he would really be OP if he had a sharingan(3 tomoe) dont you think?

Take any Mid/High level character and add a power up to make them stronk.(dont just add ems or rinnegan)

GET CREATIVE. (lets see who creates the best character)

Ok so not about fodders anymore but some characters mentioned would be quite op.

A good power up for tobirama would be suigetsu's abilities.

exactly. "fodder" is becomming stupid on this website. Lee isn't fodder. Fodder is what is meant by the random shinobi that don't have names/story/relevence. Lee might not be as strong as Naruto for instance, but he's NOT fodder.

Dont worry i am well aware, though fodder in NB from what i have seen is used to describe a character not in the top 10. (i apologize for calling him a fodder i like lee).
