Will a Corsair VS Series 650 Watt Power Supply work with my r9 xfx 280?

Does this come will all the wires I need to connect to the GC?

Edit: there is a 8 pins and 6 pins that need to be connected to.

note: I already have a single 6 pin pci and a double head 8 pin.

If u are not planing to use crossfire or raid aray then u should be fine, I think only the 750w+ and the rm comes 6 and 8pins.
The 650w should come with 2x6 for sure

OT: I have a 650 with my MSI GTX 970 and it works fine. You usually need more power if you're crossfiring or the NVIDIA dual GPUing (forgot what it's called for nvidia). You should be fine
