BSM power level should be above Susanoo with Curse mark.

If Sm adds 38 power level to base naruto, It should add atleast that, if not more to Tailed beast mode Naruto and not a mere "6" that was added.

EMS Sasuke = BSM Naruto. Rinnegan Sasuke = RSM Naruto. Naruto = Sasuke in general. Kish/manga fact.

True- even with Gaiden I don't think it's fair to make an assumption just yet though. Gaiden was very much a minor scale threat.

the main complaint that i've seen people having with this list is that they're saying naruto is stronger than sasuke in most of the modes

Not accurate at all.

Naruto was certainly not "3" less powerful than Sasuke at the Valley and Sasuke certainly isn't "5" less powerful than Naruto at the second valley.

You can't be less powerful and pull a draw - especially when your physical condition is exactly the same. And you can barely call VoTE a win to Sasuke, since Naruto woke up soon after Sasuke left.

Neither were particularly great after either. Oh, and KCM Naruto is too low.
