Sakura and Tsunade are high S-rank, low God level.
Their punches can destroy the most durable subtances, Uchiha Susannoo, Kaguya's horns.
And they can tanks and survive things that people would normally die from.
There is no way in hell Gaara is ranked above the too.
Not to mention their vast amount of chakra.
JIrayah is also S-rank, he dam near beat Pein, and would have too with intel
