Chapter 4: Exile
Mangekyo slowly walked to Koto "Why... What's happening... What did my father die for... you...me...we're...friends...WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO!!!" Mangekyo screamed at his best friend. "Oh, don't be so dramatic my pops died too... You don't see me crying about it (chuckle)... In fact I'm quite happy" Koto said to him. "What was all of this for...Why me...WIPE THAT STUPID SMILE OFF YOUR FACE & EXPLAIN YOURSELF!!!" Mangekyo continued yelling & began to appear dizzy as he fell to his knees. "Why? you ask... It's because of you... I wanted you at my side... Your potential is scary... But I guess I'll need to explain that story in order for you to understand..." Koto explained.
"This story starts 13 years ago... On the day you were born... As the story goes you killed your twin brother during child birth by choking him with your imbecile cord... You were born a killer, you shouldn't blame me for the things I've done (chuckle)... You were apparently born blind, so thinking quick the medic who helped with your birth used your brothers eyes & gave you a new light... Your eyes were bandaged for a week after your birth... Then it happened... you opened your eyes for the first time... That day nearly half of your clan was wiped out in an instant... even your own mother was gone... Your own clan began to fear you... in the end they decided to exile you and your father" Koto then smiled.
"I heard that you and your father moved to the republic. Then four years ago I decided. I planned to fake my disappearance so that I could befriend you... I wanted your power for myself. My plan was for my father to die so that I would become emperor, after I was rescued from the Republic that "kidnapped" me. We were to escape into the woods, where I would mark the trees so that we could be followed. After we were captured I would convince you that we could rule the Empire together... You and me side by side... there's nothing we couldn't do together... Until we ran into this ninja (Koto scowls)... as soon as you met him you became more focused & I didn't mind... But then I realized you were determined to take down the Empire... You moved on to a path I cannot follow" Koto said with a single tear in his eye.
Koto brushed the tear aside "I've had enough of this...Number two kill them both" Koto ordered "Gladly" Mairai responded. I need to make sure that this child survives... If the Empire moves now nobody will be able to stop them Kai thought as he struggled to his feet. "Oh, you can still stand... Bravo, good sir... I'd appreciate it if you died though... I have a country to rule & Nations to dominate" said Koto. "Like hell...*Water style: Mirage Dome* That should hold them off...You brat let's go" Kai said as he looked at a distraught Mangekyo. "..." shocked at what he just heard Mangekyo couldn't move. "Now's not the time kid" Kai said as he knocked Mangekyo out and fled the forest.
"Mirage Dome... dammit" said Mairai "Cant we just wait until the jutsu is undone... They're not moving" said Koto "No... That's an illusion. They're long gone...This water dome that surrounds us will collapse in five minutes..." Mairai explained "Then as soon as the jutsu is done we can go after them... Right?" Koto asked. "No... it will only feel like five minutes for us... Outside if this sphere a week will have passed..." Mairai said nervously. "...When we get back to the Empire your being demoted..." Koto said calmly
