Potential to be the strongest in Naruto?

My boy Sai could have easily been in the top 20 strongest characters in the the Narutoverse.

Why Kishi?

Sai can draw anything correct? Like the juubi or Madara his drawing could have their raw power too. There was so much Kishi could have made him capable of.

There are more characters who should have been able to display more power and techniques. If you know any care to name them.

well the problem with sai is... he's lame... even if he could draw the juubi im almost certain he wouldn't be able to summon it due to chakra requirements. and if he drew madara it would just be a weak white and black madara made of ink

That's Kishi's fault. Sai could have drawn many things and his could have been more powerful. His power should have been only limited to his imagination.

The durability of his constructs should have been similar to Deidara's and he should have been the one to kill Deidara in a epic battle.
