If you look at his right hand, the hand where the Sun Tattoo is and where his Sage power is at, it is covered by bandages like Rock Lee and Danzo use. This could potentially be Naruto covering up his Sun Mark for day to day life which doesn't require him to use his full power, obviously. Why else would he only cover 1 hand?

According to takL, the official translator of NF, the notes also show Naruto has grown from 166 cm to 173 cm.

Assuming Sasuke is alive, a picture of him with his left hand bandaged would cement it.

Yeah, Naruto would probably keep his powers but I don't know about Sasuke.
I mean, Naruto just got more Sage Senjutsu and Sun Tattoo. Sasuke got Senjutsu, Rinnegan, and Moon Tattoo.

Naruto would of already received all of the Bijuu's Powers even without the Sage. If this all ends, Naruto will probably lose his Tattoo and Sage Senjutsu, but keep the Bijuu Powers. Sasuke might lose all his new Perks.[SUB]

It seems to be so, yes. While he does look older and more mature, he still doesn't look that old. Minato looks rather young despite being a father and national leader, so I'd say Naruto, as pictured here, is in his early 20's at best.

The post also said there's no mention of whether it's for the upcoming movie or a potential part 3 of the series. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Quite true. Naruto is able to turn off his Bijuu Sage eyes, I wonder if Sasuke, provided he survives, is able to turn off his Rinnegan or hides his Moon Mark in a similar fashion.

It's quite possible he's only 18 or 19, but height doesn't dictate age. Naruto and Sasuke are 17 and are both quite under average height for that age.
