[Postulation] How long will it take to summon the moon?

When we look at chapter 610 page 8 we see that Madara says that they need time in order to summon the genjutsu moon

My problem is how long does it really take for the moon to summoned because as far as manga has been going the Juubi is like its reserving its power. I think it should be transforming at a higher rate as it is but because of focusing its energy (maybe) into summoning the genjutsu moon is what is taking it so long, I mean Obito and Madara cannot just fight to kill all the alliance they are merely buying time so that they can gather whatever is necessary to carry out project tsuki no me well what do you guys think of this Postulation?

Hmmm. I think the Infinite Tsukuyomi would be a bit like the lens over the island in Fairy Tail. In RTN it was a ball and when it was seen with the moon behind it, you were transported into the Tsukuyomi's Destination world.

Picture that, on a larger scale, and everyone trapped in a world of their own creation. Much like the theory that heaven is a persons personal paradise.

I believe it takes a while, & in that time is when obito has to be stopped. It will put pressure on the protagonists to win but of course plot will save I/T from ever being cast Lol.

I see so most people here believe that Infinite Tsukoyomi wont be casted at all... well that is good cuz I believe that Obito will cast tsukoyomi but somehow they will break through it

the moon itself take 16-20 minutes to summon casting eye and making link between eye and one mind only some seconds
