[Question] Posting Images/Scans

Can someone please walk me through the process of posting images/scans correctly?

I don't want to post incorrectly and have the post as just an unnecessary link that leads no where.

Can someone please explain?

Just take the URL of the picture, click the little image of a tree above the text box to place a picture, or the little image of a film strip to place a youtube video. It's pretty simple.
