You have downloaded Halo: Reach Art Inspiration Theme or just Halo Reach. On the top of the Window i see a rocketdock XD Lets see now, you have Home Premium ( Transparency Disabled ). Although it is possible that you downloaded Windows 7 Inspirat to fool as all >_> No that isn't the case i see a preview desktop button at bottom right.

Oh, by the way, I normally do have icons on my desktop, but I don't need random people knowing what icons are on my desktop. I temporarily deleted them to take the screenshot.
