The 2 times 17 hit jiren he did a good amount of damage to himself as well. Hit should be able to take 17 pretty easy. The only thing 17 has on hit is infinite stamina

Android 17 is slightly weaker than Golden Frieza, with infinite stamina. Unfortunately for him, the only way to beat hit is to have overwhelming power to escape his time skip, or overwhelming speed. While I don’t doubt that 17 could figure out how to beat it, he doesn’t have the speed to do anything about it.

Versus Hit from his debut, 17 Wins. He didn’t have anything capable of breaking 17’s barrier, and his timeskip wasn’t substantial enough as 17 is portrayed to be close to Frieza speedwise.

Versus any hit after the The U7 v U6 Tournament, Hit wins
