Lucci at this point depending on what he has improved on would be around VA level I would say I'd bet he's either just a little bit stronger than Sanji or just a little bit weaker.

I was more commenting on the thread creator asking if he was stronger than Vergo. I just think it would be surprising if somebody would think he would be stronger than Smoker let alone Vergo.

I think it all depends on what Oda will bring him back to do and I think thats the more mportant issue, for me I rather he b in league with the Revs and if thats so I wld expect him to b below Sabo(as to how strong he is needs more info too but I think what we've just seen is the tip of the Ice burg), I expect at least Lucci's Saidairi to now b haki infused and b similar in strenght to Burges' Surge elbow(which I think is like Burgess' lower lvl tech so Lucci's probably strongest tech being equal or slightly stronger wldn't b that deterring).
