I think u need to rewatch the hiruzen vs oro fight because there's plenty of feats he did that beat post-sharingan kakashi

Prime Hiruzen's massive elemental techniques that matched WZ's Buddha and better physical stats make him low-diff Hokage Kakashi.

Regarding Old Hiruzen, Kakashi's superior stamina is completely irrelevant because he won't be outlasting in any way, and if he tries to enter CQC, which he usually first does with a clone, unless he somehow takes out Hiruzen with it at first then that won't work again. Meanwhile, any elemental jutsu Kakashi has is hard countered by its weakness element (Old Hiruzen had slightly larger in scale element ninjutsu as well), Chidori without Sharingan will get him killed, and I haven't even mentioned Hiruzen has Enma, a diamond-hard staff with massive range that would dominate Kakashi who usually uses a kunai, plus without 3T Sharingan him not losing in CQC against a long and fast weapon is extremely unlikely, on top of even Old Hiruzen having a peek reaction time [

Even though I don't like using portrayal as an argument, 3T Kakashi was pooping in his pants and openly admitted inferiority to Orochimaru, who made it a 3v1 against Hiruzen and still almost died. Manga made it pretty clear Old Hiruzen > 3T Kakashi, and since that Kakashi isn't far off from his Hokage version level, that means any version of Hiruzen beats Hokage Kakashi.
