I just wanted to post some similarities and ask if youse also see the similarity or its just me.

1) King Riku III looks alot like GARP!! .....yes ? no?

2) Sai & Boo from the Flower Kingdom using Hasshoken, looks alot like a fishmen using fishmen karate. Are they the same thing or slightly different? I ask this because if you look at Cp9's move SORU. We've seen countless people not marines use it. So techniques must exist that are a copy of another....is this something you ponder about?

3) Luffy digging into Rebecca. Who wouldn't she half naked already!!

I mean, in the anime why does houshiken looks exactly like fishman karate with the waves and stuff going on? Its too similar...

It kinda is I guess. But highly doubt the two are connected. I think you may be looking into it too much.
Both use vibrations as far as I can remember, but there is no connection at all between the Happou Navy and Fishmen that we have seen so far so...
Hashouken was even named like the legendary fighting style of Kano so...

That's because it is Odas draw style. Most of the characters have similarities with the ones we have already seen before, nothing new in OP.
