Not sure if it's just me, but I don't see the post formatting options when I look at the reply sections. The formatting's still there, just all the shortcuts for implementing them have disappeared. :/

This doesn't seem to be happening to everyone either. But for me it seems like I'm getting it for everything: quick reply, advanced, VM, PM etc.

This is what I can see for me:

Its a known problem to some vBulletin components. Proceed like this:

-Close your browser and empty/clean your cache and temporary internet files.
-Clean your cookies and your "internet junk" files
-Reinstall Java

Most of these things we see in terms of formatting buttons, selection buttons, etc are all Java applets and Java powered functions. I've had this problem in my Windows computer at work (not on my Mac here at home though) and the only thing that was having errors was Java. Reinstalled it and the issue never popped up again.
Just follow this^ and they should come back. I had the same problem the other day and when I followed these instructions they showed back up.

I am pretty sure this is a bug that occurs or has some connection with VB4. I have been experiencing it more often on VB 4 forums :p

It's probably nothing to do with java reinstalling.Just clean the browser cache. Also try Google chrome instead of firefox.
