[Suggestion] Post counts

I believe the Chatterbox section should let us increase our post counts.

I believe that Chatterbox threads should appear in Today's topics too (unless it already does, correct me if I'm wrong). That way people will be more willing to post in it instead of the wrong sections.

If you want higher post count, go spam in the FG. That's how I got most of my posts. The Chatterbox thread is for casual talk that doesn't fit into other sections. The choice for Chatterbox threads not contributing to post count is a decision made by the higher ups, ask them.

The post count is off there for a reason to keep the section balanced and to avoid it turning it into a dump.

As for today's topic list it was removed from that list on user request only if I remember it correctly. I will check it with the admins.
