Black Zetsu taking Dark Kurama from Minato works as double edged sword for BZ as long as he is in Obito's body.

Prons:

- More chakra for Zetsu
- more chakra for Madara
- more alive Obito's body and better to be used in fight

Cons:

- Obito's body healing as it can be took by Obito once he restored his control
- Kurama can work with Obito to overpower BZ
- Kurama can snap Obito out and help him recover and restore will power
- Kurama can inform Obito about Naruto being dead to give him more will power to fight Madara and Zetsu

It seems Kakashi used kamui on the Zetsu around his hand, which is how Obito is able to steal the Sage staff.

Otherwise Kakashi's move this chapter made absolutely no sense at all.
