Is it possible that Yamato is another Senju? The reason I say this is because of all those infants, he was the only one capable of handling Hashirama's dna. It would just make sense to me that a Senju could handle Hashirama's dna.

Does he have some senju blood in him? Probably. However he isn't a pureblooded Senju like Hashirama. Their clan is pretty much diluted now.

Nope he isn't a Senju. Yamato was just lucky. If he was really a Senju, wouldn't the Mokuton genes forced into him awake some kind of latent gene, empowering his Mokuton?. But no, it's been said time and time again that Yamato's Mokuton pales in comparison to the Shodai's. He even needs to use the Shodai's necklace as a medium to supress Bijuu. While he may be descended from like the great grand son of a Senju it's very unlikely.

No Oro says that Yamato was the only experiment that lived and survive Hashi's cells so I doubt it.

This is kinda why Yamato's experimentation worked in the first place--the fact that he has some remnants of Senju blood in him, more so than others. However, his genetics are too spread out to be as powerful as the First's. This is why he can only construct lumber instead of trees.
