Possiblilty that hashirama is not a direct descendant or half senju of senju clan

Madara implanted hashriamas cells into him.
The rinnegan did not awaken instantly believing me to believe that hashirama is not completely senju. I think the rinnegan should of awaken instantly since Senju + Uchiha DNA = Rinnegan and the fact that it took a longer process also says something.

Definitely a full-blooded Senju... You'd have to be born half Senju and Uchiha to awaken the rinnegan at a quicker pace. But who knows? Madara is the only one other than RS himself to awaken rinnegan. U_U

He's a full Senju and it didn't awaken instantly for Madara cause he's full Uchiha with implanted Senju DNA.

A near death experience.
Wouldn't make much sense..
To hold it you need either uzamaki (less dominant then senju)/senju/ uchiha(guessing).
But with both combined dna forced into your bloodline should awaken it in mere minutes.

I think since he's an uchiha his way of awakening dojutsu remains the same as tobirama pointed "extreme emotional disturbance blahblahbla".Senju dna only triggers the process to make it quick and since he obtained a mix of both dnas it turned out to be rinnegan.

In theory He injected the DNA FORCING THE RINNEGAN TO APPEAR. Why put only a little dna in for it to awaken later.

Also do not Senju and Uchiha are descendants of younger and Elder sons...... the powers of the Sage were already greatly diluted.

Also u might consider that as the Hashi cells were a foreign body and not inherent part of Madara, his body was rejecting it until Madara systems weakened in old age and stoped rejecting Senju cells and thus finally Senju cells were able to contribute to Rinnegan. Hashi as per Oro experiments are very 'aggressive'.... it killed about 60 people till it totally overwrote Yamato's DNA.... also Danzo had trouble controlling his Hashi cells.... which indicates Hashi cells (theoratically any cells) dont take it well being grafted over someone else.

Both Senju and Uchiha blood is required, doesn't matter if one or the others clan blood is less pure, he's not from the clan anymore, no kekkei genkai plain and simple. Either way it's a pretty funky concept, since both descendants of the sage should have still been able to activate rinnengan the idea that they're dna split into two is remarkably dull.. Unless he shagged two babes.
