Possible Theory: Why the Rinnegan. Sharingan and Byakuugan called are called Doujutsu

This might be a pretty pointless thread that's been posted before but I was just thinking about the Sage of 6 Paths and how he's usually called Rikudou Sennin. If all the eye jutsu are called Doujutsu, and we know all types of jutsu originate from the Sage, then is it fair to assume that Rikudou Sennin possessed the Sharingan, Byakuugan and Rinnegan (that we already know).

My thoughts are that he got the Byakuugan from his wife and that the Sharingan got incorporated into his eyes after sealing the Juubi inside of him. Now, I know this doesn't explain to you why his wife gave him her eyes and why after becoming the Juubi's Jinchuurichi his eyes became the Rinnegan, if you want to know my theory as to why:

Nice thread. however, i have always felt that SO6P acquired Rinnegan after sealing Juubi inside himself, that his wife was a Hyuuga, who was the first to have an active Byakugan via the Sages teaching of Chakra control (as he was the first to manipulate Chakra in the way we know today), and that the Elder Son inherited the purest form of the Sharingan (which being a devolution of the Rinnegan - also mutated and changed over the eras, yet has always had the potential to evolve back into rhe Rinnegan, as we see with Madaras Rinnegan).

I dont believe the SO6P had all three. But i do believe his Rinnegan, the Master Rinnegan, had the Powers of all three. That and more.

I'd like to hear them. Btw, I believe that Naruto will gain this Master Rinnegan-good way of naming it, I've just been saying Sage Rinnegan

Also, if the ES's eyes were the purest form of the Sharingan as a devolution of the Rinnegan then how do you explain the Spiral pattern? And if his Master Rinnegan had the power of all three then how did it then
a)How did he defeat the Juubi without occular jutsu,
b)Why does his Master Rinnegan have the powers of the Byakuugan and
c)Why did the Sage get the Rinnegan instead of the 9-Tomoe Sharingan of the Juubi

Question 3) hashi has almost same chakra type as juubi and we all know that hashi+madara=renin so probably the sage got it after sealed the juubi and got it just like madara got it after gaining hashi's DNA and I always believe the sage got some trait from juubi which was passed on to his children...

Sometimes things are simpler than what people make out..... If u translate dojutsu or 瞳術 it literally means 'Eye Technique'
