Possible theory Sasuke EMS power maybe revealed but we did not notice?

I just wonder if sasuke use an ocular power to kill zetsu in this scene because his susano.

Zetsu suppose to be a sensor type and he could easily avoid that attack by going into the earth?Why did Zetsu did not go into the eart instead?I am sure when Sasuke eyes was at an inverse direction he can slow down time inorder to Hit zetsu before he do any counter attack like wood release.

I just showing that Zetsu have senju dna or made up of senju DNA ,he should sense Sasuke attack,Zetsu have a special ability that allow him to merge with earth and tree easy to travel at different locations.Zetsu also can make clone and use wood release.All these power zetsu have but he did not have any reaction time because Sasuke maybe slow down time preventing Zetsu skill at a slower rate before Sasuke attack landed on him

this happens in manga all the time. one guy has unbelievable ability to dodge, and somehow in the next seen he cant dodge an attack that SAKURA could dodge(that means its hard not to dodge)
