Well I was thinking it could be possible that madara's body is just like another jetsu body with madara's mind in it. To back my theory:
1. In every battle when madara loses a hand, he gets a replacement right way..as if it was nothing.
2. He has two personalities, tobi voice and madara. Just like white and black jetsu.
3. He has both uchiha and senju in him. The black and white part might be the trick.
4. He managed to live all this years because his body aint a normal human body anymore.
And yea most likely, madara might have created zetsu from his and the first hokage's cell.
Now he might have the sharingan on his white part and rinnegan on the black.
Well these are just my thoughts.
