I don't know if some of you know, but in Boruto novel it was said that:
There's a hint here that a new Otsutsuki will appear in Boruto (I don't think it's Toneri)
Now there's this dude near Momoshiki and Kinshiki that appeared in a Naruto episode:
Then I found this on Kinshiki's wiki (I forgot that he said himself in the movie):
What do you think? Is this dude the new Boruto villain? Also in the next episode Boruto will dream about his eye and a mysterious person who gave him this strange eye power.
The dark skies full of stars, a gloomy, desolate land extends infinitely, it is unknown where this scene took place.
There weren't supposed to be living things, but there appears a figure casually floating on air.
It was a youngster dressed in an intriguing robe, with beautiful white hair and pale white skin. While he has a young appearance, it seemed like he lived long years of loneliness, surrounded by an atmosphere that reveals he is experienced, but with an unclear age.
"The stars, foretelling an ominous atmosphere --"
He whispers as he closed his eyes, facing a blue planet.
The world where Boruto and his friends live in....the planet full of chakra.
"The harvesting season is coming. As expected, the key is - - he who has the eye, huh?"

At some point, Kinshiki consumed his guardian's chakra after they entrusted him with their power. His and Momoshiki's actions earned them Kaguya Ōtsutsuki's wariness, believing that they would one day come to steal her own chakra.
