Oh God if Sakura were a Senju I'd probably stop reading Naruto and go hunt out and kill Kishi.... but..
Her Brute force doesn't mean she's a Senju necessarily... it's most likely similar to Tsundaes because, she trained under Tsunade... Naruto 'completed' the Rasengan which Jiraiya taught him (if memory serves me right) but this doesn't mean that Jiraiya is secretly a Namikaze or an Uzumaki because Naruto's Rasengan is similar to his , does it?
Also Sakura is more of an intel ninja (even though she couldn't recognize Minato .__. ), so it's not too surprising she knew about Yamato or about Senju DNA because she could have gotten intel from the archives or again, learned it from Tsunade while under her tutelage. She may have also learned it from History books, Hashirama was the only ninja to have ever been able to control wood and was known for his Mokuton, so of course if you put the peices together, Yamato who has similar features to Hashirama (black eyes, dark brown hair) is most likely a clone of his or has some sort of link/relation to him
Again her medical and charkra abilities are most likely what she learnt from Tsunade though I'm not sure if you're saying her capability of being able to use these techniques might indicate that she is a Senju (in which case it may be plausible but in my personal opinion highly unlikely) or her just knowing these techniques indicates she has a link to the Senju
As for your last point I'm not sure if you're suggesting that Tsunade sought out Sakura and made her her student because she found that Sakura had Senju blood , this might be an interesting twist but again highly unlikely because it seems like the Senjus or at least Hashirama's direct descendants are very well known and highly regarded (as being the ones who 'created' Konoha even though the Uchiha also had a hand in that). I do think there was a moment when Ino was bragging about being related to the Senju (not sure if I'm right or wrong so someone feel free to correct me) or how the Yamanaka had a clan link with the Senju (like with the Uzumaki but not as close) so it would be interesting if Sakura's clan were in that situation as well though I don't think there is any evidence or hints that show this is possible.
but if it hasn't been revealed before, it makes absolutely no sense to reveal it right now, considering the fame of the Senju clan if Sakura were a Senju or had some relation it would have been made known unless the Senju were somehow wiped out like the Uzumaki. But an interesting thought, if Sakura were a Senju, Naru Saku pairing would kind of be like incest in a sense...
