Shikamaru definitely seems like a lazy pot-smoker, Asuma smokes, Chouji eats too much (wonder if weed would be enough to cause that big a case of the munchies, maybe he mixes,idk), Karin has to be on something, maybe a hallucinogenic, gramps sage toad is definitely stoned...and Jiraya was always so hyper, which probably means that he shared whatever he was smoking with guy and lee, make-out paradise is Kakashi's pot. And medical ninjutsu aside, Tsunade has to be on something to be looking that good.

Oh, and has anyone forgotten how much alcohol we've seen in the series? Even Lee gets ahold of some and goes all drunken fist on Kimimaro.

And poor Itachi had to have been on something, because you can't be that sick and still move around like he does without being on some serious drugs and painkillers. Although, with his ideology, the guy should be a pot-smoking hippie.
