I agree with Temari, but it is more than possible for Sakura to defeat Hinata. She can easily outwit her. And what exactly makes you think Sakura is going to run straight into Hinata to let that happen?

Problem is, Setting Traps/Sneak attacks are almost impossible to Use against a Byakugan user (because of their Almost 360 Vision and X-Ray vision), Also hinata can see when sakura is going for an attack because she can see the chakra build up in her Fists.

Sakura's only offensive Power is in her Taijutsu that require's Very good chakra controll, Not only is going into a Taijutsu fight with a Hyuga a Bad idear, a few Taps on sakura's arms and her strength is Gone.
If Sakura had some Nin or Gen then she would win, But as for now she loses.

What do you mean at bay? She would shred her to pieces Temari is the best wind element user overall in the WHOLE allied forces.

Sakura can beat a lot of people but she really isn't all that. The only person I can say with confidence that she can take her level is Ino and that is with high difficulty seeing as if she gets close to Ino, Ino could take over her body. Hinata's Byakugan makes her a hard person to contend with plus she has techniques that block chakra flow which might make it difficult for her to heal.

Sakura developed poison for her Kunai, that is a light core example of what I mean by developing ways to disable the body.
