I am sure I am not the first one to notice these things, so if someone else has already posted something that is exactly the same, please let me know, and I will give them credit as well, though I looked and couldn't find one....
Anyways! My prediction/theory.
First, what do we have in this chapter?
We have the following:
The man who sealed Kurama inside of a child (though only the Yang chakra, there may have been reason for this aside from an inability to do so due to the huge amount)
Orochimaru saying cryptic things like "you are no longer my snakes" seems to make him appear almost "nice" for the time being, or at least grateful.
Sasuke looking over Konoha; the same way Naruto did--on that big pole. With his back turned to all those Hokage and Orochimaru.
Overconfident? Oblivious because there is so much on his mind? Who knows? Fact is Sasuke's sensory points are strong, but I still think Orochimaru could take him down even without an ambush; let alone whilst Sasuke is distracted...
Now while Oro could probably, using similar techniques employed by the now pretty much totally screwed Obito (what with Madara gone and all), take on Sasuke's form and come to Obito's "rescue (though he may be a bit too far, unless Obito can hold off that Kyuubi cloak ninja army along with Gyuuki (the Hachibi) AND Naruto and Kurama... This is what I think is more likely:
Orochimaru will either forcefully, or through some underhanded means, manipulate Minato into gaining Naruto's trust (this one is a tad far-fetched, since Minato has FTG; bear with me, it is just a thought), maybe by leaving him alone and having a Taka member tell him about the war, or something similar, but leaving his personality intact. Naturally he would go to lend aid, and probably thinking someone had just found some way to free himself and the others from Shiki Fuujin, and would likely be trusted by the Shinobi Alliance, especially Naruto. (also, could have been put under genjutsu, as if Orochisauce and Obito [likely thinking Sasuke had gained some immense power rather than being Orochimaru in Sasuke's body] had control over the Juubi...well... I think that speaks for itself.)
As for how Orochimaru GOT Sasuke in the first place:
The Sauce seems to be reflecting, now that he looks upon the leaf... Itachi's "jewel" to halfway quote Tsunade... looks like he is POSSIBLY conflicted about this (he hasn't said too much since the Itachi incident, if I recall well). Orochimaru could likely sneak up or overpower him (Sasuke, though he was weaker then, said himself he only "won" (we saw what that meant) because Oro was weakened (he couldn't use his arms, for limp's d***!). If this happened...Orochimaru, having caught Sasuke off guard or simply gotten the upper hand, and now possessing the Sharingan along with Sasuke's young body with a long lifespam (that's what I call Oro's lifespan), could force a Kyuubi-charged Minato to seal as much of the Juubi into himself and Sasuke as possible, leaving the other half to Obito, if he isn't dead yet.

Also, I am a firm believer in the fairly obvious revelation that Naruto is the reincarnated So6P, so, if this DOES happen, it would DEFINITELY make for an interesting anticipation as to how Naruto becomes So6P, and, even leaves roomfor fan-pleasing Sasuke/Naruto cooperation. Plus, another Edo Tensei Expert seems to be stuck in a look somewhere finding his true self again, whom, if I recall correctly, was a very sweet young boy... :') Plus, when was the last time we saw Uzumaki Karin? When she was breaking out. Just another chess piece.
Tyvm to al those who read all that. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, even if, like me, you would prefer a Darth Vader-style Sasuke death at the hands of Naruto, telling him to live for Konoha, as it and the whole shinobi world now needs him.
