Giving him Perfect Susano'o.

Yata Mirror would look small on a Perfect Susano'o unless it evolved too.
Toutska Blade seems to be a bit too OP on Sasuke since it was Itachi's signature weapons.

Perfect Stabilized Susanoo; This one is inevitable.

The true power of the EMS; Something we would of never thought before will come from Sasuke and his EMS.

Elder Son's Eyes; Since Sasuke will be the "Special Uchiha" who likes sticking to his own powers, he will gain the eyes and become the second strongest in the Manga bar none.

I think he will get all of these, while in contrast Naruto will get the Yin Chakra and it will let him unlock the Rinnegan.

New EMS jutsu (making history, he'd be the only Uchiha to unlock a new sharingan jutsu using EMS)

The Rinnegan i don't think would be possible, it just wouldn't make sense, like madara said... "An Uchiha needs Senju DNA to unlock the rinnegan"...

Unless Sasuke unlocks it using his Will of Fire... Then he'd make more history(the only person in the history of Naruto to have actually been born with the rinnegan, not needing Senju DNA) now that's wassup
